Our Lawyers

Walid Joseph Kalouche

Director of CK Lawyers and practicing in NSW since 1997, Walid holds several degrees and diplomas including a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of Law from the Solicitors Admission Board, a Master of Laws Degree majoring in Commercial Law from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Master of Applied Law Degree majoring in Family Law from the College of Law. Walid has also earned a Vocational Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution from the Uniting Institute of Technology. Walid has represented individuals and companies in a variety of family, property, business, and employment legal transactions and has also been appointed as a solicitor in various court matters heard in the Family Court of Australia, The Federal Circuit Court, Supreme court of NSW, the District Court, the Local Court, and at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). Walid prides himself on helping clients resolve their dispute quickly and with minimum fuss. Over 90% of his cases settle without a final court hearing, demonstrating his ability to resolve disputes efficiently. Walid is also a Public Notary, capable of authenticating or verifying any document worldwide, and is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner - registered under the Australian Attorney General’s Department’s scheme. Well-respected in the legal fraternity, Walid is regularly approached to act as a third-party mediator in family law disputes.

Albert Kalouche

A solicitor and a registered migration agent with extensive migration law and employment law experience, Albert has been with CK Lawyers since 2000. He holds a Diploma at Law from Sydney University ( Law extension committee ) and a Masters Degree of Migration Law and Practice from Griffith University. The law’s ever-changing nature fascinates Albert. He acknowledges that laws effect every aspect of our lives and are constantly being developed and altered to reflect society. Albert admits that staying up to date with these changes is a challenge for all legal practitioners, but is one he relishes. To be entrusted with people’s legal issues is a great responsibility and he takes great care to ensure that every aspect of any case is as clear to the client as it is to him, enabling the client to make an informed decision. Emile Kalouche

Emil is a migration agent who has lived in the USA before settling in Australia in 2003. His interest in Immigration law and practice originated when he helped a tourist fill out the Customs Declaration at the Sydney Airport, then he studied the Migration Agents Registration Authority Migration Law course and became registered in 2006. Emile’s skills are broad as he assists people with family related visas, and work and business visas, but he is especially keen in assisting applicants for refugee and humanitarian based visas.

Wadia Mansour

A specialist in property law and Wills and estates, Wadia has been with CK Lawyers since 2001. She has a Diploma in Law, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, A Master of Laws (Wills & Estates) and an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. Wadia was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2013. Prior to admission Wadia, was a Licenced Conveyancer. Wadia is also fluent in Arabic and enjoys reading, tennis and spending time with her kids outside of work. As a solicitor, she feels she has the necessary professionalism and background to offer help to people who need it. Wadia appreciates helping people realise their dreams and to achieve what they may not have known they are entitled to through the law.

Sandra Draca

Admitted as a solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court: May 2020
Sandra has worked in family law for two years and works alongside the director of CK Lawyers in family law, business and other matters. Her skills in critical thinking, problem solving and her strong work ethic translate fluidly into great outcomes for her clients.
