Buying a Residential Property

If you’re buying a residential property, having everything in order to ensure that the purchase of your property will settle on time with clear title (ownership) is our main focus. Reach out to us early and we will ensure that you:

  • Get the property unencumbered (without any claims from any creditors or other parties than could challenge legal ownership).
  • Know all the restrictions on the use of the property and any proposals negatively affecting the property such as road widening or resumption of land before it is too late.
  • Be confident that you are getting exactly what you bargained for.

Selling a Residential Property

Are you preparing to sell a residential property?

NSW law requires sellers to disclose any issues related to the property, such as zoning changes, unapproved building work, or environmental hazards. Failure to disclose can lead to legal disputes.

Get in touch with our team to assist you with the selling process. We have guided thousands of residential property owners through successful sales.

If there are any special considerations for your sale, we will draft the necessary contract terms and conditions to address those needs.

Residential Fixed Fee Conveyancing

Whether you are buying or selling, our fees are designed to offer exceptional value. We believe in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, which is why we ensure that our fees are always fair and reasonable. We work diligently to provide high-quality service without compromising on affordability with a commitment to clear and transparent pricing which helps build trust and retain valued clients over time.

Conveyancers & Property Experts

Our Conveyancing & Property team has been led by Wadia Mansour since 2001.

An expert in property law, Wadia has a Diploma in Law, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, A Master of Laws (Wills & Estates) and an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. Wadia was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2013. Prior to admission Wadia, was a Licenced Conveyancer.

Wadia is also fluent in Arabic and appreciates helping people realise their dreams and to achieve what they may not have known they are entitled to through the law.

At our North Parramatta office, all of your work will be handled directly by a solicitor. Unlike other firms that might rely on legal secretaries, paralegals, or conveyancers, we ensure that your matter is managed by a qualified solicitor every step of the way.

With 23 years of experience and more than 12,000 transactions behind us, we know exactly what to look out for. We provide thorough advice on any restrictions affecting the property, including land use, road widening, or other proposals that could impact its value.

We are always prepared for settlement, ensuring it proceeds on time without delays or cancellations on our end. This readiness can save you potentially hundreds of dollars in penalty interest and help prevent the sale from falling through.
